MT Solar does not store login information for MT Solar accounts or the Project Portal. If you’ve lost your password for either, you can create a new one.
Before you set a new password, be sure to double-check that you are using the correct information for where you want to log in. Your MT Solar account email and password may be different from your Project Portal email and password.
If you’ve lost the password to the MT Solar Project Portal, you can use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset your password.
If you’ve lost the password to your MT Solar account, you can create a new one by visiting the My Account page.
Click on the “Lost Your Password” link in the login area. Enter your username or the email associated with your MT Solar account. Then, check your inbox. You will receive an email with a link that will enable you to create a new password. Watch the video below to learn how to complete this process.
