MT Solar has streamlined the process of distributing pole mounts by developing EcoBeam. This innovative, standardized pole mount core supports numerous array configurations, unlimited module sizes and types, and power needs that are large, small, and everywhere in between.
It’s fast and easy to design pole mounts with, and for, your customers, confirm site suitability, get engineering, and then prepare and package what they need directly from your inventory.

With a stock of EcoBeam, you can immediately fill pole mount orders that span a variety of power needs and fit into all types of site conditions.
Design and Configure
Using the Project Portal, you (or your customer) can specify project parameters, including:
- Site address
- Module dimensions
- Array rows and column configuration
- Minimum ground clearance
- Round or square foundation
The Solar Mount AutoDesigner will output foundation recommendations, and calculations that are ready for a PE stamp. You’ll also get a bill of materials (BOM) that shows you what SKUs to pull to start preparing the order.
EcoBeam core supports virtually unlimited array configurations and module sizes.
Adding Pole Mounts to Your Inventory
EcoBeam is packaged with economy and efficiency in mind.
- EcoBeam pallets are sold in packs of three.
- Each EcoBeam pallet measures 93”x32”x25”.
- Multiple EcoBeam packs fit smoothly and securely on standard warehouse racks.
Preparing and Completing Orders
For every mount you designed in the project portal you can:
- request state-specific engineering directly.
- receive a detailed BOM, so you pull rail kits and other components from your inventory.
