You can use a manual crank handle, hand ratchet, or power tool to adjust the array.

Ratchet – A hand-operated ratchet can be used to torque the nut at the bottom of the adjuster or the extender handle, allowing you to make efficient adjustments with a few turns.

Impact Wrench – An impact wrench with a socket attachment fits directly on the bottom of the adjuster or extender, allowing you to make smooth and fast adjustments by torquing the wrench. All parts of the tilt adjuster handle and extender are impact-rated.

Manual Crank – The crank handle attachment lets you adjust the angle with a rotational action. Simply attach the crank handle at the bottom of the adjuster handle and tighten the bolt to secure it in place.

You can leave the adjuster handle in place or remove it.

You can choose how accessible to make the mount’s tilt adjuster by leaving the handle attached or detaching it for use as needed.

The adjuster handle can be removed or fixed in place using the attachment socket. It’s locked in place using a set screw, which can be tightened with an Allen wrench.

You can leave the adjuster handle connected so you can adjust the array on the spot.

You can detach the adjuster handle so the array can only be adjusted by reattaching it to the socket.

You can use the adjuster handle with mounts of any height.

For higher mounts, the adjuster handle comes with an extender and adaptor sockets that let you attach and operate the adjuster.

Set screws are incorporated into all sockets, keeping them locked in place when needed, which is a small and much-appreciated safety measure for arrays that are high off the ground.

The adjuster handle extension includes the wobble socket adaptor. This socket accounts for any awkward angles and gives you full flexibility when attaching the extension to the adjuster. Just remember to remove the wobble socket before reattaching the adjuster handle from the ground.
