It uses the core components of an MT Solar top-of-pole mount and excludes heavier components, which can instead be sourced locally at the full measurements.
Parts Included:
- H-frame core
- tilt bracket for 10º, 20º, 25º, 30º, 35º, 40º
You Source Locally:
- 8″ round steel support post
- Steel beams – W8 x 10
- HD Rail package
About The Steel Beams
We’re able to offer the EcoBeam at a great price by removing the small sections of beam packaged with MT Solar’s flagship mounts. These small sections are designed for one person to handle, and to fit on a small pallet. By removing these from the shipped package, you save on both manufacturing and freight costs.
Sourcing and handling these heavier, full-length parts does take a little more effort and resources, but it also increases profits for installers willing to take it on.
Beam Size: W8 x 10
Length: 20 ft. or 40 ft. (most steel suppliers will cut these to a specific size if needed).
