If you don’t have access to a forklift or appropriate vehicle to lift and transport your mount on delivery, you will need to request a liftgate service.
When your mount is manufactured and ready to be shipped, we pack it to ensure that everything is secure for delivery.
We also prepare your mount’s packaging so that uncrating aligns with the installation process. All of your mount’s parts, rails, hardware, and add-ons, such as a lift bracket and chain hoist, are included on one pallet and carefully organized so that everything is accessible when you need it. This makes it very easy to keep all your mount’s hardware orderly on the installation site.
